why?

I've decided to start a blog to go through the Bible. The reason for the title is that so many times that I've tried to read through it, I've wanted to throw it across the room in frustration due to either my inability to think about what I'm reading or because it's been so long since I've opened it up, so I'm hoping that posting here will at least get me to read a verse a day and think enough to write a comment on it.
